Role & Responsibilities
Designation: Ground Coordinator
Department: B2C & Dock
Main duties:
- Sorting parcels and consignments
- Loading and unloading goods at dock
- Maintaining basic records and coordination with delivery teams
- Following safety and quality procedures on the floor

Salary & Benefits – Warhouse Packing Jobs
- Basic Salary: ₹9,000 / month
- Attendance Bonus:
- ₹2,200 (for 26 days present)
- ₹1,700 (for 25 days present)
- Night Allowance: ₹120 / night (eligible for night shifts)
- Overtime: ₹100 / hour
- Extra Bonuses: Holiday incentives + performance incentives
- Joining Bonus: ₹1,000 on maintaining 26 days attendance
- Special Early-join Bonus: ₹4,000 for active employees till 30th September (terms apply)
Shifts & Working Hours – Warhouse Packing Jobs
Rotational Shift System
Day Shifts (Male & Female):
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Night Shifts (Male only):
- 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekly off provided. (Confirm weekly off schedule at interview)
Note: If a candidate only wants a night shift, they may be considered — but night shifts are limited to male candidates as per current hiring guidelines.
